• Must be a U.S. Person or eligible for export authorizations.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across business units.
• Operational experience in multi-site warehouse and distribution management.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking an Associate Director, Logistics Network Strategy (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will shape logistics network strategy across distribution and aftermarket operations, with a focus on optimizing footprint, service levels, and cost performance over a multi-year horizon. The Associate Director will partner closely with operations, supply chain, and business leaders to evaluate network scenarios, support strategic decisions, and translate analysis into executable recommendations. Success in this role will require strong cross-functional influence, rigorous data-driven thinking, and the ability to guide high-impact initiatives across complex, multi-site environments.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $157,200 – $298,800 annually
