Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Logistics Network Strategy leader to design and govern long-term distribution networks for manufacturing and aftermarket services. You will own network design governance, scenario modeling, and cost-to-serve analytics to drive growth, profitability and service objectives.

  • 10+ years of experience in logistics network optimization and strategy and supply chain consulting or related roles within aerospace/manufacturing.
  • U.S. Person or eligible to obtain export authorizations required.
  • Experience managing cross-functional and cross-business unit teams.
  • Operational experience in multi-site warehouse and distribution management.

Responsibilities

In this high-impact role, you will lead long‑term logistics network strategy. You will own network design governance, scenario modeling, and cost‑to‑serve analytics to ensure the logistics supply chain supports growth, profitability, and service goals.

What You Will Do

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in strategy or supply chain consulting is a plus.
  • Project management, change management and transition management abilities.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
