Qualifications

• 8+ years of marketing or business development experience, with 4+ years of management experience
• Experience in the professional services industry and/or B2B marketing
• Bachelor's Degree required

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing plans into detailed briefs for the Campaign Strategy team, ensuring customer journeys deliver BU outcomes
• Consult on buyer profiles and segments with the Insights team
• Direct the strategy for practice-building initiatives, ensuring Always Ready materials and sales touchpoints reflect market trends
• Partner with leaders across MCD to align BU priorities with enterprise roadmaps and channel strategies
• Define triggers and content requirements for practice-level personalization to reach target buyers
• Oversee BU-specific marketing budget and ROI of sponsorships and spend
• Lead strategy and narrative development for complex pitches and proposals with Client Development and Pursuits & Proposals teams
• Collaborate with Insights & Optimization to interpret dashboards and recommend strategic shifts
• Serve as direct supervisor and mentor to direct reports; manage staffing and time logs
• Participate in hiring, performance appraisals, and other employee lifecycle events
