Job summary

• Bachelor's Degree and JD required.
• 2+ years practicing law as an Associate, Capital Markets experience highly preferred.
• 5+ years in attorney development, talent management, legal staffing and utilization or practice management.
• Genuine fluency with AI and other newer technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to Capital Markets leadership on the direction of the department, including talent, culture, policy, and long-term planning.
• Own staffing and utilization end to end, using financial data, analytics, and benchmarking to align resourcing with the group's growth priorities.
• Serve as a trusted, confidential advisor to attorneys at every level on development, morale, and the issues that shape their experience.
• Lead the group's full talent lifecycle, from evaluations to promotions to development for partners, counsel, and associates, with genuine follow-through.
• Guide lateral integration and use exit and attrition insights to sharpen retention strategy.
• Manage complex, sensitive personnel matters such as leaves, secondments, transfers, and flexible arrangements that require judgment and discretion.
• Apply AI and emerging tools to how the department operates, finding smarter ways to work.
