Job summary

University of California, Berkeley is seeking an Associate Director of JD Admissions for Outreach and Recruitment to lead pre-law outreach, recruitment events, and partnerships. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement JD admissions outreach, recruitment, and program management.
• Organize information sessions, webinars, panels, and LSAC forums.
• Coordinate with UC Berkeley undergrad/grad students and pre-law groups.
• Partner with campus units to expand pre-law partnerships and diversity initiatives.
• Update Diversity webpage and create outreach materials with Communications.
• Disseminate information through email, social media, webinars, and blogs.
• Attend pre-law advisor conferences to promote the program.
• Plan events like Fall Open House and Admitted Student events.
• Lead budget planning for the pre-law outreach program and track outcomes.
• Review applications with professional judgment and advise applicants.
• Maintain partnerships with colleges, universities, and community orgs.
• Prepare annual reports and deliver data-driven program evaluations.
• Perform additional duties within Admissions Office as needed.
