Qualifications

• Masters’ degree in information systems, computer science, public health, health informatics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing software development, digital products, technical programs, or technology-enabled service delivery teams.
• Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycles, systems architecture, and translating complex requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, technical, and operational leadership for SIRS solutions.
• Oversee delivery, quality, and long-term sustainability of web-based applications, databases, and workflow systems.
• Ensure alignment with research goals, policies, security, and best practices in software engineering and product management.
• Collaborate with principal investigators, study teams, IT leadership, and staff to translate research workflows into reliable systems.
