Job summary

Noble Studios is seeking an experienced SEO/AEO specialist (Performance Marketing Manager) to lead and optimize organic search programs for client results. The role partners with strategists, designers, developers and copywriters to translate business goals into actionable SEO/AEO recommendations.

You'll own day-to-day deliverables, analyze performance with GA4 and GSC, and drive cross-channel collaboration to improve visibility and outcomes across traditional and AI platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on SEO.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, internal linking, structured data and offsite authority.
• Working knowledge of AEO concepts and AI model interpretation.
• Ability to audit technical SEO issues and explain impact to cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with GA4, GSC, Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio, Screaming Frog and CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript rendering and schema markup.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to SEO and AEO strategies by translating client goals into practical recommendations.
• Own day-to-day SEO/AEO deliverables with audits, content briefs, analysis and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with content, development, analytics, paid media, account and strategy teams to align with broader plans.
• Conduct keyword, topic, intent, SERP, competitor and AI research to identify opportunities and risks.
• Translate analysis into patterns, source/citation gaps and recommended actions.
• Support offsite integration strategies via social media, citations and digital PR.
• Audit technical SEO issues and translate findings into prioritized roadmaps.
• Identify and implement structured data and schema markup improvements.
• Monitor organic performance using GA4, GSC, Data Studio and ranking tools.
