Qualifications

• Master’s/PhD/EdD in education or curriculum development, public health, clinical research or a related scientific discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in program administration, academic operations, or educational workforce initiatives.
• 2+ years of experience managing personnel workflows or supervising professional staff.
• Experience with NIH-funded clinical research frameworks (e.g., CTSA hub) and K/R grant mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Lead curricula design and operational administration for PD Core and related programs.
• Coordinate professional development for Clinical Research Coordinators with partners like Norton Healthcare.
• Translate pedagogical research into learning modules and digital assets across centers.
• Oversee communications strategy and digital infrastructure for the LCTRC, including website product ownership.
