Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Oversee 24/7 operations of the Social Work Department at Harborview Medical Center.
• Manage annual budget and strategic goals including teaching and research initiatives.
• Select, train, supervise, motivate and evaluate staff to ensure effective service delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of CMS, DOH, JCAHO requirements to ensure compliance.
• Participate in hospital-wide and interdisciplinary committees; represent the department in labor-management matters.
