Job summary

Cytokinetics in Radnor, PA is seeking an Associate Director, Patient Support Services (PSS) Operations to drive execution and optimization of patient support programs across access, reimbursement, affordability, and adherence.

You will lead day-to-day PSS operations, oversee hub vendors, and partner cross-functionally to align PSS strategy with product lifecycle and access goals, while maintaining strong focus on patient experience and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MPH or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years in biopharma with patient support, market access, or reimbursement ops.
• Strong expertise in access and reimbursement processes and affordability programs.
• Experience managing third-party vendors or hub providers.
• Experience supporting product launches and scaling patient support programs.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements (REMS a plus).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution of Patient Support Services across access, affordability, and adherence programs.
• Oversee relationships with outsourced vendors, governance, and performance management.
• Ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery aligned with standards and patient needs.
• Manage escalations from vendors and field teams on patient cases.
• Partner cross-functionally to align PSS strategy with brand objectives and lifecycle.
• Define and track KPIs; leverage data for continuous improvement.
• Manage PSS budget, vendor contracts, and program costs; forecast resources.
