Job summary

Harvard University is seeking an experienced HR consultant within the Central Administration to partner with HR leadership and client areas across the university.

Responsibilities include advising on employee relations, recruitment, compensation, learning and development, and compliance with HR policies; lead organizational development initiatives and deliver strategic HR programs to diverse audiences on campus and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 8+ years HR experience and knowledge of HR policies.
• Advanced MS Office and HRIS analytics knowledge.
• Experience with bargaining unit policies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on employee relations, recruitment, compensation, and development strategies.
• Provide expert advice and coaching to managers and employees.
• Partner with leadership on organizational transformations and change management.
• Lead and deliver HR programs, reporting, and analytics.
