For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, HR Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will provide strategic and operational leadership across total rewards and performance management, with a strong emphasis on modernizing HR delivery in a highly regulated environment. The position will partner closely with senior leaders to align human capital priorities, improve employee outcomes, and strengthen organizational effectiveness. It will also drive technology-enabled process improvement, analytics, and change management to support a more agile and data-informed HR function.

Location: Washington, DC

Compensation: $222,400 – $320,000 annually
