United Way of King County in Seattle is seeking an Associate Director of Housing Stability to set strategic direction for the housing stability portfolio, ensuring equitable, financially sustainable implementation across adult and family programs and strong collaboration with community stakeholders.

This role supervises 2–4 senior program managers, oversees grants and contracts, data strategy, and coordination with government partners to reduce homelessness and advance racial equity.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field; progressive leadership experience in Human Services preferred.
• Experience managing housing stability, eviction prevention, or related social service programs.

• Set strategic direction for the housing stability portfolio with annual and multi-year goals.
• Lead equity-focused program design to reduce racial disparities.
• Oversee 15+ million dollars in program budgets and ensure financial balance.
• Coordinate housing stability programs within a multi-program portfolio.
