Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) seeks an Associate Director of Housing and Community Integration to oversee outreach, shelter, housing, and community-based programs in their area.

You will supervise mid-level managers, ensure contract compliance, and drive program outcomes. Responsibilities include developing staff training, coordinating with the finance team on grants and budgets, and expanding Community Bridges' continuum of care through new partnerships and funding opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a behavioral health position providing outreach and engagement activities required.
• 1-3 years of grant writing experience, program development and/or grant monitoring.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) per policy.
• Current AZ Driver's License in good standing.
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Peer Certification (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Oversee outreach, shelter, housing and community-based programs.
• Supervise management-level staff over these programs.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and productivity goals.
• Develop training plans to address gaps in care.
• Collaborate with finance on grant management and budget tracking.
• Represent CBI within the community and pursue partnerships and funding.
