Alkermes, a global biopharmaceutical company, seeks an Associate Director, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) to lead strategies for ARISTADA in schizophrenia. The role involves real-world evidence generation, health economic modeling, payer communications, and cross-functional collaboration across Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Clinical Development.

Hybrid work requires onsite three days weekly in Waltham, MA.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in health economics and outcomes research or related field.
• 5+ years of HEOR experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead HEOR strategies for ARISTADA, generating evidence of clinical, economic and patient-centered value.
• Manage HEOR projects using administrative claims, EHRs and other real-world data.
• Develop AMCP dossiers, value communications and health economic models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate objectives into research plans.
• Oversee external vendors and budgets to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
• Support publications, congress presentations and scientific communications.
• Represent Alkermes at meetings and professional forums.
