Job Summary
The new business team drives growth at Blue Hour Studios—identifying opportunities, building relationships, and translating cultural insights into commercial success. We stay ahead of trends, craft compelling pitches, and collaborate closely with strategy and creative teams to position the agency as an essential brand partner. As Associate Director, you’ll lead end-to-end pitches, manage opportunities from prospect to partnership, and work with various teams to ensure proposals meet client needs and reflect Blue Hour’s cultural and social expertise.

Who You Are
You're a connector, trend-spotter, and dealmaker, living at the intersection of culture, media, and commerce. You turn insights into opportunities, craft compelling pitches, and sell vision and relevance. You’re a persuasive communicator, confident in presenting to diverse audiences, and understand social-first thinking as a cultural engine for brand growth. You're energized by hunting for new business and bringing in ambitious clients.
You have at least 7 years of marketing, new business, or social media experience, deep understanding of the social and influencer landscape, and excellent presentation and research skills. You’re solutions-oriented, curious, compassionate, and fluent in Google Slides, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Excel, and related tools.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000. Actual salary may vary based on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive total rewards package including bonuses, health benefits, retirement plans, unlimited PTO, wellness resources, and more.
