Use process improvement as a daily discipline to strengthen fiscal control, improve service delivery, and solve issues early and candidly. Win as one team by collaborating across operations, accounting, procurement, supply chain, branch offices, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders. Use clear communication, coaching, and follow-up to help team members perform at a high level and develop strong project management habits. Apply structured controls and review routines to keep work on schedule, within budget, and aligned to contract requirements. Use data, observations, and audit findings to support practical decisions and continuous improvement. Adapt quickly to changing priorities, unexpected demands, and evolving project conditions while keeping work organized and professional.
At Johnson Controls, you will be part of a collaborative environment focused on customer impact, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. You can expect competitive salary and bonus opportunities, 15 days of vacation in the first year, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401K available day one, plus on-the-job and cross-training opportunities. You will also be supported by a team that values safety through the Zero Harm policy and recognizes the importance of getting the work done well.
