The role partners with Quality, Process Development, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Lab Informatics to drive continuous improvement, asset management, and data-driven lab excellence in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or a related science required.
• Minimum 5+ years in pharmaceutical/chemical/biotech labs.
• Experience leading operations in a regulated environment.
• Ability to work safely with chemicals and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily analytical laboratory operations to ensure safe, compliant execution.
• Ensure readiness for new programs, transfers, and facility expansion.
• Develop resource plans, schedules, and capacity forecasts.
• Serve as escalation point for laboratory issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital workflow implementation.
