Qualifications

• BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in industry with 5+ years in pharma supply chain leadership.
• Strong interpersonal, PM, collaboration and analytical skills.
• Proficient MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word; experience with Smartsheet.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of cGMP environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations network strategy aligned with enterprise growth.
• Design and optimize manufacturing, distribution, and supply network footprint.
• Develop capacity expansion and risk mitigation roadmaps.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor network performance.
• Drive cost, productivity, and service improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Finance for capital investment and ROI analyses.
