Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director for Elahere in International Market Access and Pricing (iMAP) to lead global access strategies, pricing negotiation support, and lifecycle planning across priority international markets. You will translate clinical and HEOR insights into payer-ready evidence and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize patient access and commercial impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, payer, market access, pricing or related areas.
• Global or international payer/access experience, oncology preferred.
• Ability to translate clinical, HEOR, payer insights into access recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners across commercial, development, medical and regulatory functions.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Elahere international access, pricing, and reimbursement strategy.
• Develop integrated access strategies using clinical, HEOR, payer, and policy insights.
• Create and maintain value dossiers, payer materials, and evidence plans.
• Collaborate with Area and Affiliate teams on pricing, access, and market readiness.
• Advance lifecycle maintenance and launch preparation for 2L PROC and 2L PSOC.
• Coordinate with Pricing, HEOR, regulatory, and commercial teams to inform payer strategy.
• Manage access workstreams including vendor coordination and budgeting.
• Monitor global market developments and translate into action plans.
