Job summary

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in Pricing and Market Access, ideally at a global, area or 5LBU country level.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Strong clinical and disease area knowledge.
• Experience in developing and managing market access strategies globally.
• Experience in payer trends and evaluating drivers of market access success.
• Knowledge of pricing policy, regulations and healthcare in key markets.
• Understanding of regulatory agency requirements that govern market approval and the impact on reimbursement decisions.
• Working knowledge of health economic modeling.
• Education: degree in a scientific or economic area preferred; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Global Integrated Access Strategy (IAS) for the Parkinson’s Disease (including ProdTopa, Duodopa and Tavapadon) and Psychosis (primarily Emraclidine) portfolio focused on Pricing, Reimbursement and Access (PRA) consistent with the commercial strategy.
• Lead the VAT on creation/maintenance of core payer materials, support of HTA submissions, and optimization of payer evidence generation.
• Identify and manage competitive opportunities and threats from a market access perspective for the Psychiatry and Parkinson’s portfolio.
• Lead the development of Global IASs for assets within the pipeline, notably within disease areas such as depression, bipolar, and schizophrenia.
• Develop and maintain the Payer Value Story (consistent with the Brand Story) for all assets and indications in the assigned portfolio.
• Lead a team of direct reports to develop compelling core payer materials based on deep payer insights.
• Assess and challenge key market access assumptions as part of the Financial Planning Process (LRP/Plan).
• Collaborate with GHEOR, Clinical Evidence & Outcomes team, policy, International Marketing & Commercial Operations, Pipeline Commercial Strategy, Area market access, and other functions to ensure solid understanding of global payer markets and emerging stakeholders in the reimbursement area.
• Maintain therapeutic area specific department budgetary activities.
