Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A experience in pharma/biotech commercialization.
• Able to lead consolidated financial reporting across markets or global functions.
• Strong communication and collaboration with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercialization budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Coordinate consolidation of financial results and forecast cycles.
• Develop reporting packages, dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Drive standardized planning assumptions and cross-market alignment.
• Identify trends and risks to leadership with actionable insights.
