Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Clinical Supply Lead in New Jersey to direct forecasting, planning, and end-to-end clinical supply activities across assets and studies. The role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless supply solutions and drive innovation throughout the trial lifecycle.

Responsibilities include leading CSL processes, KPI analysis, risk management, and communications with study teams, GDO, and leadership, with model flexibility across site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, SCM, Business or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• 10+ years clinical supply chain or related operational planning/leadership experience.
• Experience in multiple functional areas (clinical, regulatory, quality) demonstrates broad understanding of pharmaceutical development.
• Knowledge of all phases of drug development and project management.
• Extensive knowledge in planning, forecasting, and execution of investigational materials supply strategies.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish goals within timelines.
• Experience leading and managing change in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with monitoring KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Execute the strategic vision for clinical asset planning and align with strategy.
• Provide oversight of clinical supply planning within asset/studies and drive improvement.
• Support matrix teams and strengthen clinical supply planning capabilities.
• Serve as the accountability for clinical supply planning and execution for assets/studies.
• Develop integrated cross-functional strategies with global teams to ensure continuous supply of investigational product.
