Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a senior Associate Director, Clinical Supply Lead to direct end‑to‑end planning for clinical assets across trials in a global setting. You will partner with study teams, TSMs, and leadership to deliver seamless supply, analyze KPIs, and optimize forecast accuracy.

The role emphasizes regulatory, quality, and cross‑functional collaboration, with a data‑enabled approach and potential AI integration to strengthen operations and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, SCM, Business or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• 10+ years clinical supply chain or related leadership experience.
• Experience across clinical, regulatory and quality functions.
• Knowledge of drug development phases and project management.
• Strong planning, forecasting and investigational material experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction for clinical asset planning and study alignment.
• Oversee clinical supply planning and drive continuous improvement.
• Guide matrix teams and ensure timely, quality supply to studies.
• Act as primary CSL contact for assets and studies globally.
• Support budgeting inputs and participate in governance materials.
