Job summary

Recursion is seeking an Associate Director of Clinical Supply Chain to lead end-to-end strategies for global programs, including Phase I/II planning and scalable Phase III readiness. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant clinical PM/SCM experience.
• 5+ years managing clinical supply chains or project management in pharma/biotech.
• Hands-on experience with late-stage trials and scalable packaging.
• Deep knowledge of global trial supply operations and regulatory import/export rules.
• Experience designing IRT/RTSM systems and vendor oversight.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with rigorous, proactive planning.
• Excellent written and verbal cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical supply chain strategy for global programs from Phase I/II to Phase III.
• Oversee forecasting, packaging, labeling, distribution, and inventory as footprints expand.
• Manage external packaging vendors, CMOs, and trial supply depots; optimize IRT/RTSM logic.
• Build data-driven workflows using AI tools to improve forecasting and logistics.
• Collaborate across Clinical Operations, QA, Regulatory, and CMC to align milestones.
• Create scalable supply chain tools, SOPs, and risk-mitigation strategies for registrational trials.
