Job summary

Recursion is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply strategy for global programs, from Phase I/II through pivotal Phase III trials.

You will oversee forecasting, packaging, labeling, global distribution, and inventory as trial footprints expand internationally, while aligning with QA, Regulatory, and CMC teams.

The role requires strong vendor oversight, IRT/RTSM experience, and a track record of delivering compliant, scalable supply solutions for complex trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of clinical supply chain or project management experience.
• Experience managing late-stage clinical supply for pivotal trials (Phase IIb/III).
• Deep knowledge of global trial supply operations and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on with IRT/RTSM systems and cGMP/cGCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical supply chain strategy for global programs from Phase I/II to Phase III.
• Oversee forecasting, packaging, labeling, distribution, and inventory for international trials.
• Manage external packaging vendors, CMOs, and trial supply depots to support flexible designs.
• Build data-driven workflows using AI to optimize forecasting and logistics.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, QA, Regulatory, and CMC to align supply with milestones.
• Create scalable SOPs and risk-mitigation strategies for registrational trials.
