Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a GHEOR professional to shape strategy and execute evidence plans in neuroscience, with emphasis on Alzheimer's disease. You will collaborate across Clinical, Medical, Marketing, and Access teams to demonstrate value and guide trial endpoints.

The role requires advanced research experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple studies within a matrix pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• PhD in Epidemiology, Health Economics, or Health Services Research preferred; Master’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of outcomes research or health economics/health services research experience.
• Experience conducting epidemiologic studies and health technology assessment is valued.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues for stakeholders.
• Experience in neuroscience is preferred; pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the development of GHEOR strategy and tactics for one or more indications within the neuroscience portfolio.
• Support development of an aligned GHEOR strategy to demonstrate value of neuroscience assets, focusing on Alzheimer's Disease.
• Develop and execute innovative GHEOR plans, including real-world evidence, economic modeling, and COA.
• Lead HEOR studies from concept to execution and disseminate findings at congresses and publications.
• Maintain cross-functional relationships with Access Strategy, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Commercial.
• Provide input into clinical trial design and endpoint selection aligned with value demonstration.
