Job summary

Bristol-Myers Squibb Company is seeking an Associate Director, Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research (GHEOR) in Neuroscience to drive value demonstration across Alzheimer’s and related indications. You will collaborate with Clinical, Medical, Market Access, Biostatistics, and Regulatory teams to shape strategy and evidence plans.

The role emphasizes real-world evidence generation, economic modeling, and dissemination through scientific venues, with a hybrid work model in Princeton, NJ.

Qualifications

• PhD in a related discipline preferred; Master’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in outcomes research, HEOR, health economics, or epidemiologic studies.
• Experience in a matrix pharmaceutical setting; neuroscience experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development of aligned GHEOR strategy for neuroscience indications.
• Develop and execute HEOR plans including real-world evidence, economic modeling, and COA.
• Lead HEOR studies from concept to execution and disseminate findings at congresses and publications.
• Maintain cross-functional relationships with Access Strategy, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Commercial.
• Provide input into clinical trial design and endpoint selection aligned with value demonstration.
