Alvogen is seeking a Senior Manager GxP Training to design, implement, and oversee GxP training programs, ensuring staff have necessary skills for compliance. The role involves collaboration with department leaders and continuous improvement of training curricula.

The Senior Manager GxP Training is responsible for designing, implementing, assigning and overseeing GxP training programs within the Alvogen organization. This role ensures that all staff involved in GxP activities have the necessary skills, technical knowledge and expertise to satisfactorily execute their responsibilities and meet compliance expectations and requirements.
This position primarily interacts with Department Heads/Leads, Managers, Sr. Managers, Directors, Sr. Directors & VPs within Alvogen to support personnel training requirements. This position will report to the Chief Quality Officer.
Person has responsibility to discuss, design & maintain Alvogen’s training curricula, as well as ensure that Alvogen’s LMS is effective and meets Regulatory requirements & expectations. Expected to provide governance level oversight to training development, modification, delivery, and operation of the LMS. Expected to advise and organize the deployment of other human resources engaged with the training program in various departments (i.e. dotted line responsibility).
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $104,000-$128,000. This position is eligible for Alvogen’s annual discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package, consisting of medical and prescription drug coverage (two PPO plans and an HDHP with Health Savings Account and employer contribution), dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, a retirement savings program, long‑term care coverage, paid time off (176 hours per year, prorated to hire date) inclusive of sick time, disability benefits, life insurance, a wellness program, and 13 company recognized paid holidays per year.
