A leading policy think tank is looking for an Associate Director for the Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center (AALAC) in Washington, DC. This role focuses on executing AALAC's work on regional transformation and global power competition. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in policy strategy and political economy, alongside skills in crafting impactful publications and engaging with high-level stakeholders. The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $85,000, with a minimum commitment of 4 days a week in the office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in policy strategy and international affairs.
• Ability to produce decision-focused writing for senior audiences.
• Strong network in LAC, government, and multilateral institutions.

Responsibilities

• Craft and support implementation of AALAC’s foresight agenda.
