Posting Date:Job Schedule:Locations:Degree Level:Job Description:What We Are Looking ForBaylor University Athletics seeks a dynamic and mission-driven Associate Director for Development. This position reports to the Director of Resource Development and will be responsible for identifying, solicitating, and cultivating new and prospective Bear Foundation members. The Associate Director for Development will also provide oversight of select premium spaces at McLane stadium.
A Bachelor's Degree is required along with two years of experience, and an active Christian faith are required. A master's degree and three years of experience are preferred. All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
What You Will DoManage a portfolio of mid-level Bear Foundation donors.Foster a culture of philanthropy by securing athletics contributions beyond required membership contributions.Serve as the sport specific fundraiser for multiple sports working directly with the coaching staff on fundraising strategy.Assist with premium seating allocations for football, men's basketball, and women's basketball.Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission.Collaborate with the Director of Resource Development and other Bear Foundation staff to achieve fundraising goals.Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and development activities.Represent Baylor Athletics professionally and enthusiastically to external stakeholders.Comply with university policies
