Job summary

The role involves leading system and circuit-level architecture design, serving as REA for complex TM/FTS, and driving PCBA development from requirements to qualification, while mentoring engineers and ensuring compliance with RCC, FCC, and NSA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with electronics design at system/subsystem level.
• Experience with analog/mixed-signal circuit design.
• Experience with electrical design specifications and analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead system and circuit-level architecture design activities for TM and FTS subsystems.
• Serve as the Responsible Engineering Authority (REA) for complex TM and FTS designs.
• Drive full lifecycle development of PCBA-level designs, from requirements through integration and qualification.
• Lead technical reviews, failure investigations, supplier engagements, and cross-functional task teams.
• Oversee or perform analog and mixed-signal circuit design, analysis, testing, and documentation.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and shape team-level engineering best practices.
