Job summary

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking an Associate Director for Financial Aid Training and Staff Development to lead staff training and professional development across the Scholarships and Aid office.

You will design and evaluate onboarding, ongoing training, and policy education, translate federal/state changes into practical materials, and supervise processing staff to improve accuracy and student service.

• Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
