Aufgaben

• Provide excellent customer service to students and parents regarding all financial aid matters.
• Conduct file review, performs professional judgement, completes verification, and updates award packaging as required.
• Monitors/maintains application statuses within the student information system.
• Access COD, NSLDS, FAA Access, SAIG to verify student aid eligibility.
• Supports program areas such as R2T4, SAP, FWS, Scholarships, Veterans, etc.
• Collaborate with campus partners to provide a holistic approach to service.
