Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech or related commercial environment.
• Experience supporting incentive compensation, payout analysis, and analytics.
• Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the strategy, execution, governance, and continuous improvement of field incentive compensation and awards programs.
• Translate commercial priorities into compliant incentive and recognition programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, and Analytics to inform governance decisions.
