Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Consulting Associate Director to lead delivery of ERP Cloud engagements, manage teams, and shape project scope and design. You will oversee engagements, budgets, scoping, and roadmaps while ensuring on-time deliverables.

The role requires 5+ years in ERP Cloud consulting (Oracle/Workday/SAP), experience from a top management consultancy, and a track record of full life cycle ERP implementations.

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of ERP Cloud Consulting experience (Oracle, Workday, or SAP).
• Experience in a well-regarded management consultancy.
• Experience leading a ERP Cloud workstream and full lifecycle implementations.
• Experience with State and Local Government clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consulting engagements, budgeting, scoping, and roadmaps to meet SOW objectives.
• Create high-quality deliverables such as decks, manuals, and models.
• Build credibility with client leadership and manage expectations.
• Develop engagement hypotheses and train others on problem-solving.
• Provide timely feedback and coaching.
• Apply AI insights to improve engagement effectiveness.
• Assist in client interviews and workshops.
• Meet utilization and sales targets.
• Participate in hiring associates.
• Mentor junior team members on delivery.
