Job summary

Beloved Community is seeking an Associate Director, Equity in Schools/Equity at Work to lead and design equity-focused content, oversee cohort facilitation, and manage cross-site capacity-building initiatives. Remote role with bases in New Orleans and Memphis, with flexible hours and a strong emphasis on collaboration and adult-learning delivery.

You will coach senior leaders, customize interventions for diverse client needs, and advance Beloved Community’s equity agenda across multiple strands

Qualifications

• Experience leading or facilitating professional learning experiences for adult audiences.
• Ability to customize interventions for diverse partner needs.
• Background in anti-racism work, education, DEI, equity, or human capital.
• Understanding of belongingness, intersectionality, and critical race theory.

Responsibilities

• Design and Facilitate Cohorts with customized facilitator content.
• Lead project management tasks including scoping, scheduling, and partner reporting.
• Support Beloved Community’s learning agenda and dissemination of findings.
• Provide thought partnership to the leadership team and clients to advance equity outcomes.
