Position Summary: The Executive, Professional and Online EPOMBA Program office seeks an Associate Director of EPOMBA Alumni Engagement & Rankings to lead a high-impact function at the intersection of alumni relations, data strategy, and global rankings performance. This role is responsible for building lifelong relationships with EPOMBA graduates while designing and executing a data-driven strategy that strengthens the school's position in leading EPOMBA rankings (Financial Times, QS, U.S. News & World Report, Bloomberg Businessweek).
This is a highly visible, cross-functional leadership role that connects alumni engagement directly to institutional reputation, requiring both strategic thinking and operational excellence.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies:

• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of EPOMBA rankings methodologies (Financial Times, QS, U.S. News, Bloomberg)
