About the Team
The Associate Director, Employee Recognition Programs is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of initiatives that celebrate and reward our employees' contributions, fostering a culture of appreciation and engagement. Reporting to the Managing Director of Employee Communications, this role is critical in enhancing employee satisfaction and retention across Fitch Group. About the team
The Employee Communications team ensures that employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's goals by developing clear communication plans and messaging and utilizing a variety of digital and human channels to effectively reach employees. By creating engaging content that resonates, including stories of achievements and company milestones, we keep employees connected to the organization's mission. Employee Recognition Programs will be a new capability; celebrating successes will inspire outstanding contributions that align with the company's objectives.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $125,000 and $145,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
