What You Will Do:
EHRO is looking to fill an open position as the Quality Assurance Manager for the site, supporting both the CTRP and CTSC businesses within East Hartford Repair Operations.
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for leading the site’s Quality Assurance program to ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and organizational requirements. This role provides strategic quality leadership for EHRO operations, drives continuous improvement, strengths EHRO’s quality systems, and ensures delivery of safe, compliant, and reliable products and services. The QA Manager partners closely with engineering, operations, customer support, and regulatory teams to maintain the highest standards of product integrity and operational excellence.
This role reports directly to the site’s General Manager and is a member of the senior management team leading the business.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
