Job summary

AoPS Academy in Santa Clara is hiring an Associate Director to oversee administrative and logistical operations while teaching weekly math and language arts classes. You will partner with the Campus Director on hiring and training part-time staff and teachers, and help drive enrollment and customer service efforts.

The role is full-time, year-round, with an emphasis on leadership, classroom management, and collaboration with instructors to deliver AoPS's advanced curriculum and maintain a strong

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree, advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year teaching experience with advanced K-12 students preferred.
• Strong organizational and priority management skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach AoPS curriculum in participation-oriented classes and manage classrooms.
• Participate in hiring and training of part-time staff.
• Assist with campus administrative, logistical, and customer service operations.
• Support enrollment and sales by meeting with prospective families and explaining program benefits.
• Counsel students and families to provide support.
• Help design campus community activities to build culture and improve retention.
