Job summary

Two Six Technologies seeks an Associate Director of Security to lead the DoW collateral, SAP and SCI programs from our Arlington, VA HQ. You will oversee INFOSEC and Physical Security, ensuring compliance and driving security across DoW assets.

This leadership role requires extensive DoW/IC security experience, SAP/SAPF/SCIF accreditation expertise, and TS/SCI with SAP eligibility. Collaborate with stakeholders and manage a high-performing security team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience on DoW/IC security teams focusing on Collateral, SCI and SAP.
• Ability to lead across security domains (PHYSEC and INFOSEC) to protect programs.
• Experience supervising and developing a security team of 5+ staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead DoW security integration across INFOSEC and Physical Security.
• Oversee daily INFOSEC and Physical Security workflows and processes.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Program Management and Executives as well as external customers (DCSA, PSRs, PSOs).
• Manage DoW security staff through workload planning and performance development.
• Direct secure facilities management including accreditation of SAPFs and SCIFs and inventory control.
