Two Six Technologies is seeking a Contractor Special Access Program Security Officer (CSSO) to oversee SAP/SCI security for Arlington, VA programs. You will work with security management and program staff to enforce policies, oversee DD254s, and develop security guidance.

This on-site role demands strong communication and multitasking in a high-stakes environment. The ideal candidate has DoD SAP/IC directives mastery, JADE/DISS experience, and the ability to mentor junior staff while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• 4+ years of related security experience.
• Deep knowledge of the DoD SAP Manual and ICD for multi-level environments.
• Experience with JADE and DISS systems.
• COMSEC experience.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex security issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to respond to after-hours alarms on a rotation.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and enforce government and company security policies.
• Interface with program managers and US Government SAPOs.
• Support prime/subcontractor security including DD254s and guidance.
• Develop and revise security plans, procedures, and instructions.
• Provide security education, briefings, self-inspections, and audits.
• Manage marking, storage, and destruction of classified material.
• Support SAP/SCI program security for RFPs and volumes.
• Lead SAPF/SCIF build-outs and accreditations.
• Coordinate OPSEC and Transportation Security Plans.
• Serve as TSCO and COMSEC Material Custodian as needed.
• Assist with PARs, clearance processing, and physical security tasks.
• Collaborate across Personnel, Physical, IA, and Visitor security.
