Hansa Biopharma seeks an Associate Director, Field Effectiveness and Training to manage training for Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Market Access. The role, based in NYC, calls for developing training curriculum and measuring field performance across teams.

Manage Field Effectiveness and Training function for Commercial, Medical Affairs and Market Access. The individual will report to the VP Business Operations and Analytics. This role will be based at our NYC (Manhattan) office when opened and will require the individual to be within a daily commuting distance from NYC on a hybrid schedule of 3-4 days a week.

Estimated salary range for this role is $170,000 - $200,000 annually. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications, skills and experience of the individual applicant, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the geographic location of the individual. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
