What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead projects related to oncology/rare disease incentive compensation design and operations
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop compensation strategies that enhance sales performance
- Provide analytical support in SalesForce alignment and call planning
- Generate reports on call planning, incentive compensation, and alignment
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and oversee vendor collaboration for outsourced processes
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in analytics, specifically within pharmaceutical commercial analytics
- Extensive experience in Incentive Compensation Design & Operations, particularly in oncology/rare disease
- Proven experience in managing both onshore and offshore teams
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with SAS/Python software or R is a plus
- Background in account management or business development
