Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Incentive Compensation Design & Operations, particularly in oncology/rare disease.
  • Proven experience in managing both onshore and offshore teams.

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead projects related to oncology/rare disease incentive compensation design and operations

  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with SAS/Python software or R is a plus
  • Background in account management or business development
