Associate Director/Director, Global Forecasting - Remote

The impact you will make:
As part of our Commercial Operations and Analytics team, you will lead global forecasting efforts, develop strategic models, and collaborate across departments to support pipeline and portfolio planning. Your work will help shape our strategic decisions and support our mission to improve patient outcomes.
What you will do:
- Develop and maintain forecasting models for our portfolio, including scenario planning and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish forecast assumptions, performance estimates, and risk/opportunity analyses.
- Lead the development of global long-range forecasting models in partnership with internal teams.
- Integrate insights from market performance, research, and competitive landscape into forecasts.
- Evaluate and recommend forecasting techniques, maintaining best practices.
- Design analytics and research studies to validate forecast assumptions and patient data.
- Support business development by assessing potential opportunities and valuations.
What you bring:
- 6-8+ years of experience in market research, forecasting, strategic planning, or management consulting, preferably in biotech.
- Expertise in building dynamic Excel models and strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of secondary data sources, including sales and payer data, with biotech industry experience preferred.
- Proven ability to present to senior leadership and defend forecasts with high accuracy.
- Experience with rare or genetically defined diseases is desirable.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Work Location:
This role is flexible, allowing for remote work within the US or a hybrid schedule at our Cambridge headquarters. Remote employees may need to travel for company events.
