Wunder in Boulder, CO is seeking an experienced construction expert to oversee commercial-scale solar projects nationwide from Notice to Proceed through final acceptance. This is a full-time, in-office role at our Boulder headquarters with no remote options.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Procurement and Construction, and with partners, contractors and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards, while driving growth

The Role

As the in‑house construction expert, you will oversee the construction of commercial‑scale solar projects nationwide from Notice to Proceed (NTP) through final acceptance. You will collaborate with all departments to ensure projects are completed on‑time, on‑budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The role also includes partner management – leading collaboration with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partners, contractors, and vendors – and continuously improving robust processes that drive growth, profitability, and repeatability.

About You

• Construction Management Experience – 5+ years managing complex construction projects, a proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and budget, and routinely identifying and mitigating risk before it impacts timelines.
• Detail‑Oriented & Organized – meticulous, “zero‑defect” approach to problem solving, and a commitment to ensuring every detail is addressed on time and within budget.
• Customer‑Oriented – ability to deliver a high‑quality customer experience and keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
