Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired; 7+ years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wireless Performance and Business Outcomes: own acquisition, lifecycle, monetization, revenue optimization and sales health.
• Build and develop a high-performing performance management organization with clear ownership and rhythms.
• Influence senior leaders and align cross-functional teams with data-driven insights.
• Identify and quantify growth opportunities to improve revenue, conversion, and customer value.
• Protect demand and improve sales health by surfacing risks and recovery plans.
• Create a data-driven culture with governance, reviews, and scorecards.
• Develop talent and future leaders through coaching and opportunities.
