AT&T is seeking an Associate Director to lead wireless performance and protect the digital wireless business, translating signals into priorities, recommendations, and measurable results across acquisition, lifecycle growth, monetization, and sales health.

You will partner with Product, Analytics, Marketing, Operations and Customer Experience to diagnose performance, quantify opportunities, build business cases, and drive disciplined execution while developing talent and fostering a data-driven

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to translate complex performance signals into priorities and actionable initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wireless Performance and Business Outcomes by driving revenue growth, acquisition, upgrades, monetization, and sales health.
• Build and develop a high-performing performance management team with clear ownership and accountability.
• Influence senior leaders and align cross-functional teams with data-driven insights and prioritized growth efforts.
• Identify and quantify opportunities in acquisition, lifecycle, and monetization to improve revenue, conversion, and customer value.
• Protect demand by identifying friction, defects, and leakage and drive recovery planning.
• Develop enterprise performance diagnostics and compelling narratives for executives.
• Create a data-driven culture of accountability with governance routines and scorecards.
• Develop talent and future leaders through coaching and structured development.
