Job summary

BD seeks an Associate Director of Digital Marketing Technologies to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of digital platforms and technology that drive PureWick's customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role connects commercial strategy with technology execution across websites, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.

The leader will build a scalable digital ecosystem to improve customer experiences, enable data-driven decisions, and accelerate commercial growth,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Digital Technologies, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading digital marketing technology, marketing operations, CRM, digital platforms, or marketing automation initiatives.
• Proven success implementing technology strategies that improve customer engagement and business performance.
• Experience managing websites, CMS platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, digital integrations, and customer-facing technologies.
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, data architecture, system integrations, analytics, and enterprise marketing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital marketing technology roadmap aligned to commercial objectives and customer needs.
• Lead strategy, governance, and optimization of websites, CMS platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and customer engagement technologies.
• Enable personalized customer journeys through CRM, automation, customer data, and engagement technologies.
• Build technology capabilities that support attribution, reporting, business intelligence, and marketing measurement.
• Lead relationships with technology vendors, implementation partners, and platform providers.
• Partner across Marketing, Customer Experience, Enterprise Technology, Analytics, Sales, Finance, and Commercial Operations.
